Scott Kelley,
Broker Associate
Scott Kelley has sold the ski & golf resort lifestyle through his whole real estate career. First licensed in 1987 in New Hampshire, Scott gained invaluable experience selling resort condominiums and trailside residences in the small ski town of Jackson, NH. After vacationing one off-season in Boca Raton, FL, Scott relocated to Boca and began selling golf resort and beachfront homes. Working for the premier real estate sales and development company, Arvida Realty, Scott became a country club specialist centering his efforts at Boca West Country Club, Arvida's premier golf community and thus achieving the President©ˆs Circle award through Arvida's Society Of Excellence.
Attending a family wedding in Telluride, the small ski town lifestyle brought Scott, his wife, Tara, and boys, PJ & Brendan to call Telluride home. Scott's affiliation with Telluride Real Estate Corp, his years of experience in the resort/vacation real estate market and his unwilling compassion to target and achieve a client's goals were a perfect blend here in the San Juan Mountains. Located in the Mountain Village Office, Scott is just a step away from either a Mountain Village trailside/fairway property or a town of Telluride property.

Steve Patterson,
Broker Associate
Steve is a Telluride local. His high level of professional service, sense of the real estate market and passion for Telluride make him the perfect choice to help find your special place in the Telluride region. You'll also have fun doing it, and learn a little local history.
During his three terms on the Telluride Town Council (lastly as Mayor Pro Tem) Steve helped form the laws that have preserved our quality of life, not to mention property values. "What sets us apart is our Town and the people. This is a vibrant communtity with a spirit not found elsewhere. Come see what we mean."
Graduating from Bucknell with an accounting degree, Steve came to Telluride in 1973 to run the first ski shop at the base of the lifts, shortly after becoming an owner of what is now Telluride Sports. In 1990 he traveled to Moab to build a successful brewery and restaurant "Eddie McStiff's" with 80 employees and nights serving over 1,000 dinners. As Brewmaster, Steve won many Best of Show awards for his fabulous beers. In two short years he was made a Director of the Chamber of Commerce and President of the Rotary Club.
Steve stays busy skiing, snowboarding, whitewater rafting, fishing, dirt biking, flying models, and sometimes hiking. Steve's wife of 24 years, Jenny, a local accountant, is active as a Telluride School Board member and on numerous related panels. Chas (17) is in architectural mentorship and Elizabeth (12) participates in almost everything the mountains have to offer, which is a lot.
